At PixelHatch, we strive to provide an exceptional gaming experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below: ✅ Eligibility for Refunds Day Passes & Hourly Play: Refunds are available only if the session was not started or used. Once gameplay begins, the purchase is considered final. Membership Plans: Monthly or annual memberships can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no services (e.g., game time, tournaments, private rooms) have been used. Event Bookings & Private Room Rentals: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Merchandise & Accessories: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Used or damaged items are not eligible. ❌ Non-Refundable Items Digital content (e.g., downloadable games, custom profiles) Discounted or promotional offers Tournaments with non-refundable entry fees (unless canceled by PixelHatch)
